Mission at Presence is a collective of businesses built on a simple observation: whether someone is booking a boutique hotel, seeking a home, recording a song, or starting a software project, they are looking for a sense of belonging and a partner they can trust.

We build for the whole person. We don’t see our industries as separate boxes. To us, housing, music, technology, and service are all different ways of supporting the human experience.

Our dream is to one day house the world and help those from all walks of life, here are a few statistics of the marginalized. However, our true why, can never forget all target markets and age groups and needs, and that is part of why we do what we do, so that we can reach that goal.
